Corpus Juris: The Law Journal has a strict Plagiarism Policy in place. This Policy is enforced by the use of a registered Plagiarism Software to check all manuscripts received, at the first stage itself. If a Manuscript exceeds the permitted similarity index, then such Manuscript is automatically rejected, and is not sent for the next round of processing, that is, for Review by the Panel of Reviewers.
The Journal does not tolerate Plagiarism in any form, and by submitting their manuscript to the Journal, the Author(s) certify that the Manuscript is their original work and any source used has been duly acknowledged by providing proper references.
If any claim arises before the Journal with regards to Plagiarism, then the Author will be given a chance to defend their Manuscript. If the Author fails to satisfactorily defend their Manuscript against the claims made, then the Author, depending upon the severity of the offence, will be blacklisted from publishing with the Journal and its affiliates for a period ranging from 6 months to 3 Years.
