Corpus Juris: The Law Journal is an open access, double blind peer reviewed Journal. Accordingly, we follow a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International Licensing Policy. 


Under this Licensing Policy, a person is free to use all works published on the website, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein. This means that a reader is free to read, download, print or redistribute all works published on this website, if the following terms and conditions are followed:


  1. Appropriate credit is given to the Author(s) of the work, as well as Corpus Juris: The Law Journal.
  2. The works used must not be utilised for commercial purposes.
  3. No derivate works are derived and thereafter distributed.

Sample Author-Publisher agreement

All Authors who publish with us must sign an Author-Publisher Agreement, in order to help us protect their works from infringement. While the Moral rights to the Manuscript will remain with the Author, the copyright to the Manuscript will vest with Corpus Juris: The Law Journal and its Publisher, Adv. Sunil Chauhan.
